Heidi Pace Davalos - Pacesetter Properties Real Estate Team

Integrity and honesty are the cornerstone of my moral code. I carry these through my professional and personal life, both of which revolve around horses. Horses and real estate are my passions in life.
I love being a part of the equestrian world and have incorporated my love for horses into my real estate business. I specialize in acreage and equestrian properties and want to be your trusted horse property advisor.

I have spent my life around horses. From showing Arabians as a child and young adult, from 4-H to the Nationals; to managing a horse breeding and boarding facility; to my current role as the "show mom" of an equestrian athlete, I have experienced many facets of the horse industry and I know equestrian properties inside and out.

Trust that I can help you in your horse property needs, whether it be buying or selling, I have the experience, commitment and passion to deliver results.

Education and/or Accreditation

An honors graduate of California State Polytechnic University—Pomona, I majored in Agricultural Business Management with a Marketing emphasis, a clear tie-in to being an equestrian real estate specialist.
I have been listing and selling equestrian property and acreage estates, along with occasional residential real estate transactions, since 2000. I have experienced the ups and downs of the real estate market while remaining a full time real estate broker.

Special Interests

I am married with one daughter and we are all heavily involved in the horse industry. My husband, Ruben is a farrier and another lifetime horse person. Our daughter, Raquel is a competitive jumper rider who travels to shows throughout the region with my mother who owns her mounts. Horses are truly a family affair for us.
