The M-Bar-C Ranch is owned by the Forgotten Children's Fund.

Located on Whidbey Island we offer a day of Western fun for special needs children and adults.  We are open by reservation only for groups of special needs children and adults from May-August.  Our visitors enjoy a day of Western fun that includes horseback riding, dressing up in Western themed costume, exploring Cowboy Town, taking a tractor pulled wagon ride, playing games and doing crafts and enjoying a Cowboy lunch, all free of charge.

No matter what challenges or disabilities our visitors are facing if they want to ride a horse we ensure they get in the saddle in a safe and encouraging environment.
