| Education and/or Accreditation | Tim was recognized as a Washington Rising Star attorney for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, and received the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers Outstanding Litigation Associate Award for 2006. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a professor of political philosophy and argumentation at Western Washington University, as well as the director of the university's debate program.
