Whatcom County Dressage and Eventing Association(WCDEA) is a not for profit group founded in 1984 for the promotion and education of dressage and eventing for enthusiasts in Whatcom County and surrounding areas. Our group is a chapter of Equestrians Institute (EI) which is a Group Member Organization (GMO) of USDF.
