Phylicia Mann Sculpture

Phylicia Mann is a Colorado based figurative sculptor. Entirely self-taught in all areas of art, she spent most of her life as an illustration artist. Her specialties have always included animals and people with an emphasis on horses and Western or Cowboy art.
