Pat Horlacher was born and raised in a small eastern Washington town. Pat always knew he would one day live in Oregon. After finishing the two year shoeing program at Walla Walla Community College, he met his wife, Kailin, and moved to western Oregon to shoe horses for a living. While shoeing, he met John and Jerri Hyde. John, a silversmith, was paramount in kick starting Pat’s silversmithing obsession. Pat’s silverwork has become increasingly popular, a blossoming career.
